Our Services

Orders shipped by UMO (Distribution) from our Singapore warehouse will always be sent using Singapore Posts registered mail with a tracking number and will be shipped via first class airmail service from Singapore Changi Airport.

The cost of our services will depend on the following:

• A detailed description of the products.
• The weight of the products.
• Estimated dimensions and storage space required.
• The final destination of the products.
• Projected inventory turnover timeline.

 

Clients must provide all required shipping documentation (including a proforma invoice) before shipping the items to our warehouse.
United Mailorder Limited will NOT accept the following:

• Items with an individual value exceeding £300.00.
• Hazardous goods that require import or export permits.
• Animal or plant materials.
• Western or Chinese medicines.
• Objectionable material (such as pornographic material).
• Counterfeit goods.
