How it works?
UMO (Distribution) provides an all-inclusive service which is simple, straight forward, and designed to suit a wide range of businesses. Our process is simple:
- Have your Asia-sourced products delivered to our warehouse in Singapore.
- Upon receiving your products we charge you for storage.
- When you receive an order from one of your customers, simply forward the order information to us. We will prepare your order and ship directly to your customer.
After receiving your products, we measure and weigh them to calculate your invoice, then barcode them for our records before putting them into storage. As soon as your orders are shipped, we will provide you with the corresponding tracking numbers for you to pass on to your customers. We ship all orders using Singapore Post's registered airmail service from Singapore Changi Airport. By shipping from Singapore and using Singapore Post, you can avoid many delays, risks and pitfalls which exist when shipping directly from Singapore and other Asian countries with difficult or inefficient postal systems.
